We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About the role: This role involves shaping the strategic direction of the expanding CloudERP teams within Kuala Lumpur. • Product Delivery: Work closely with product delivery teams by deploying, administering, monitoring, and improving their services. • Operational Processes: Use standard operational processes capabilities, including disaster recovery, high-system availability, on-demand scalable solutions, infrastructure monitoring, continuous deployment capabilities, etc. Key Responsibilities: • Team Integration: Get to know the development team’s world (source control, builds, backlogs, sprints, Agile etc) and bring the development team closer to the operational team’s world (Infrastructure, OS, security, scripting, monitoring, etc.) • DevOps Culture: Promote DevOps culture and adoption of CI/CD principles throughout the organization. • Metrics and Tooling: Define key metrics/logging and implement tooling that will provide all key stakeholders with information that will help identify improvements to the service on behalf of the customer. • Non-Functional Requirements: Ensure that any key non-functional requirements around availability, security and performance are met before any product is made available to customers. • Cloud Technologies: Keep abreast of latest cloud technologies and drive relevant adoption to improve services. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cloud / DevOps engineer. • Operating Systems: Experience with Windows and/or Linux. • Cloud Providers: Familiarity with Azure, AWS. • Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, Cloud Formation, AWS CDK, Serverless Framework, and Pulumi. • Automation and Scripting: Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, C#. • Build / Release Tools: Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and TeamCity. • Databases: Familiarity with MS SQL, Cosmos, PostgreSQL. • Serverless: Experience with AWS Lambda, Azure Functions. • Containers: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes. • Configuration Management: Experience with Ansible, PowerShell DSC.
