About you:

The DevOPS/Release team lead will lead a team of engineers focussed on performing upgrades to customer systems, taking customers through the UAT à Production lifecycle. This is a hands on role which part of the role will be leading your team, the other part will contributing to with customer upgrades.
 
Day-to-day, you responsibilities will include:
• Ensure delivery of releases to customers based on schedules agreed with the release co-ordinators.
• Ensuring incidents found are resolved in a timely manner and within schedule.
• Escalating issues to management or other teams when issues.
• Communicating status updates to all stake holders.
• Performing upgrades based on agreed schedules.
Your Skills and Experiences likely include:
• Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Good understanding of web-based technologies and server-side applications such as IIS. 
• Have experience in deploying software and configuring to meet a customer need. 
• Exposure to the basics of SQL, including creating and running queries
• Experience of managing a team.
• Strong employee engagement skills.
