You write clear & self-documenting code, organises methods and classes appropriately. Able to refactor existing code to improve readability. Good understanding of technical and commercial drivers when making decisions on refactoring.

You genuinely care about quality; collaboratively work with your team-mates to embed quality wherever possible
Day-to-day:
Develop new industry-leading products in collaboration with our product, development and content teams by using a range of languages and technologies such as:
C#
ASP.Net Core, ASP.NET 4+, ASP.Net MVC
REST
SQL
Entity Framework
Web API
React
Javascript, jQuery, Typescript
Build new and improve existing cutting edge SaaS products
As a well-rounded Developer, your Skills and Experiences likely include:
Essential:
Demonstrate a positive approach
Genuine interest in learning/implementing best practices of software development techniques, including specific approaches for SaaS and web based products
Attention to detail
Willing to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Able to prioritise a demanding workload
Excellent communication and time management skills
Desire to work with a highly successful team to achieve the deadlines to deliver product releases
Show a commitment to self-development and lifelong learning
Be confident with debugging of web applications
Minimum 2 years of commercial development experience, ideally full-stack
Knowledge of range of languages and technologies such as:
C#
ASP.Net Core, ASP.NET 4+, ASP.Net MVC
SQL
Entity Framework
Web API
HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery
Desirable:
REACT knowledge/experience
Knowledge of Azure DevOps Continuous Integration & Deployment
Awareness of security best practices in software development
