About you:
As a Dev Services Consultant (Full stack Developer) you will lead strategic initiatives that drive business transformation through data-driven insights and customer-centric approaches. This role requires ability to accelerate the development process, optimize code quality, and support development teams in delivering robust software solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying business opportunities applying critical thinking and developing AI-related plugins that align with evolving market demands.
Day to Day, you will:
· Programming Proficiency: Strong command of one or more programming languages (e.g. C#, SQL, React, Typescript, Python, JavaScript)
· AI Tool Experience: Hands-on experience with AI-driven development tools like GitHub Copilot, or similar. Chat GPT plugins / Microsoft Co-Pilot
· Code Quality and Standards: Deep understanding of coding standards, best practices, and software design patterns.
· Version Control Systems: Proficient in using Git and other version control systems.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and debug written code.
· Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and providing related insights.
Your skills and experience might also include:
· Experience in AI/ML: Background in machine learning, using AI and extending LLM via plugins, or data science, particularly in applying these skills to software development.
· Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., DevOps, Azure).
· Deployment (CI/CD): Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
· Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience: 3-5 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year of experience working with AI-assisted tools
