You'll thrive by collaborating with your team, working towards clear goals, and delivering quick outcomes. Proficiency in systems like SFDC and Marketo is essential. You're both creative and analytical, with a strong focus on results and funnel metrics. Most importantly, you love having fun at work. If you have experience in the tech industry or a similar field, we’d love to hear from you! Day-to-day, you will:     • Support & execute against the demand strategy and cover all propositioning of our ENGAGE, LEARN, HR & PAYROLL products. • Work closely with the web leads supporting & creating customer journeys & CRO initiatives. • Execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that are aligned to proposition persona's / audiences and our sales objectives to build pipeline and revenue goals ensuring that relevant content is used and on guidelines set by the content strategy team. • Identify content needs for acquisition journeys, and briefs. Creation and curation of content that drives relevancy to customers in their lifecycle stage, ensuring it remains within branding and proposition guidelines.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Solid understanding of demand generation and funnel metrics. • Experience in digital marketing – organic and paid. • Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo desired. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
