Role overview:    This role requires you to lead the digital channel strategy within ClassForKids. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and measuring demand generation and improving the customer buying journey across all digital channels.   This job will require excellent proven digital marketing skills coupled to strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.      Day-to-day, you will:     Plan, build, create and execute digital multi-touch campaigns to attain ambitious channel performance targets- namely increase SQL volume and value Focus on search first strategy to help reach our goal to rank first for booking software keywords across all of our main verticals. ‘Own’ the ClassForKids website strategy – collaborating with internal stakeholders and 3rd party agency - ensuring it fully aligns with our ambitious growth targets. Be obsessive about analysing website performance and providing recommendations for test and learn initiatives. Collaborate with paid media manager to plan, strategise and execute paid media campaigns across Facebook, Google and Linkedin. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to act as the trusted, go-to-person for sales development and sales teams to create and execute programs that drive leads from targeted accounts. Work with the campaign manager to devise targeted campaigns and data briefs and present them to internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity and proactively co-ordinate marketing campaigns – focusing on lower funnel content but also supporting with top of funnel too. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including our brand & campaign manager and product marketing, to develop and syndicate content wherever possible to improve the buyer decision making process. Performance management and analytics: Continually track, measure, analyse and report on effectiveness of demand creation campaigns and impact on pipeline for multiple stakeholders, making recommendations for future programs and investments, reporting on results vs targets; optimising plans through test, and adopting new or best practice approaches.      Your skills and experiences might also include:      Experienced digital marketer with proven experience in planning and strategising campaigns across all marketing channels – namely website, paid social, PPC (Pay Per Click) and email marketing. Preferably, solid technical understanding of website projects, UX, CRO (Conversion copywriting) and SEO Experienced in marketing strategy from creation to implementation, focusing on key objectives that align with business growth targets as well as the metrics that support them. Coupled with experience in data driven campaign management, using reporting tools and data to analyse performance and drive future planning (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)    Proven experience in running integrated marketing plans across all areas of the marketing mix. A strong grasp of modern marketing strategies, including inbound digital marketing and outbound marketing tactics. Ability to work independently, while also contributing as a team player; willing to experiment with innovative ideas, concepts, tools and approaches to marketing and business development using outcome-based metrics to demonstrate success.     Self-motivated, sense of urgency and strong customer focus    Marketing degree or equivalent preferable    What does Access offer you?  We are a growing software company, and we deliver on what we say we do!
