About you:
The Data Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of data across the organisation. You will be responsible for the correction and maintenance of various data sets, including but not limited to, contract data, focal point data, Salesforce data, CRM contracts, and operational data. The role demands a proactive approach to ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across different systems and divisions. You will support the business holistically, contributing to cross-divisional data initiatives and ensuring alignment of data with business processes and systems.
Day to day you will:
The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Data Correction, Maintenance and Verification: Regularly audit, update, and correct data across CRM systems, Salesforce, and other platforms to ensure accuracy and integrity. Ensure accurate data entry and verification, correcting discrepancies and aligning data with the correct business entities.
Cross-Divisional Support: Provide data support across all divisions, ensuring data alignment and consistency without being limited to a single division.
System Support and Integration: Assist in integrating and maintaining data across various support systems and platforms.
Business-Wide Data Initiatives: Participate in and contribute to wide-ranging data-related projects and initiatives, supporting the overall business objectives.
Skill Requirements - Essential
Data Management Skills & Technical Proficiency:: Strong ability in managing, correcting, and maintaining accurate data across various systems and previous experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, and other data management tools, including basic SQL knowledge.
Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams across all divisions and levels.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle various data-related tasks and support all divisions as needed.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Knowledge of Access and its products
Experience with support systems data management.
Knowledge in operational data correction and maintenance.
Basic SQL knowledge
