About you:  We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced cyber security professional with a dynamic personality and strong project management skills to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cyber security integration projects for newly acquired entities. You should have experience of developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. You should have excellent communication and people skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The ability to align project scope, objectives, and deliverables with overall business and security goals is crucial. You should also be able to manage the relationship with the acquired company communicating clearly and effectively what is required and supporting them through the process. You need the ability to understand cyber risk and conduct thorough risk assessments identifying the potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies. Ensuring these are recorded and communicated and following up on actions that stem from the assessment. You’ll have a positive, can-do approach and be able to operate effectively in high pressured, face-paced, and everchanging environment. Nothing stands still in Access for very long. Day-to-day, you will:  • Bachelor’s degree or similar level in cyber security, information technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in program management, particularly in the context of cyber security and/or acquisitions. • Strong understanding of cyber security principles, frameworks, and best practices. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cyber security integration projects for newly acquired entities • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables • Conduct thorough risk assessments of acquired entities' existing cyber security posture.
