About you:
As a Commercial Relationship Manager/Admin, you are responsible for providing customers with detailed information on excess usage, guiding them through the name change process, and handling invoice disputes from Direct Compliance.
Day-to-day, you will:
Key responsibilities for the Commercial Relationship Manager/Admin are listed below:
• Conducting initial reviews of customers change requests and Informing customer of our decision by email.
• Review data reports to verify usage and address any discrepancies.
• Provide detailed information to customer on any captured excess usage.
• Assist the internal team with various new projects as needed.
• Help drive the delivery of the yearly plan for the Commercial Team.
• Provide support for the APAC and UK regions.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Have enthusiasm in busy periods and ability to ‘step up’/work in a team.
• Ability to analyse data and identify the root cause of issues.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficiency in English – verbal and written.
• Strong work ethic.
• Confident and pro-active with a positive and enthusiastic attitude – taking ownership and effectively prioritize own workload.
• Some experience using Salesforce / similar system.
