About you:
Reporting directly to the Credit Control Team Leader, you will manage the credit and collections processes efficiently, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debt. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating smooth and effective credit management.
Day-to-day, you will:
· Perform a range of activities to achieve strong credit control results for the business, utilizing various communication formats and strategies.
· Report information on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as appropriate and Ad-hoc duties
· Continually enhance the businesses systems and procedures to maintain excellent efficiencies within the credit control function.
· Liaise with, and maintain the support of, the sales teams and projects teams to illicit the required resources for site issue solving to free up debt.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
· Excellent interpersonal and Positive influencing skills across the spectrum of the company with high standard of written and spoken English.
· Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage several tasks concurrently on own initiative
· Computer literate with strength in the MS Office products
· Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to work in a methodical manner and excellent communication skills, verbal and non-verbal
