About you:
We’re looking for a ‘Creative Director’ who’s excited to shape and lead the future of our ‘in-house creative agency’ within a fast-paced tech company. If you love ‘conceptual thinking’, turning bold ideas into compelling campaigns, and driving creative excellence, this is your moment.
You’re not just a designer – you’re a visionary who knows how to ‘build from the ground up’. You thrive on taking a spark of an idea and transforming it into innovative campaigns that inspire action and deliver results. You have a strong grasp of brand architecture, expertise in APAC’s digital marketing landscape, and the confidence to own creative direction in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Build and shape our in-house agency. Lead the charge in creating a world-class creative team that serves the powerhouse behind our campaigns and brand strategy.
• Drive conceptual campaigns. Own the creative process, from ideation to execution. Develop impactful, big-picture campaigns that push boundaries and capture attention.
• Be the creative heartbeat. Collaborate with marketing, product, and the tech teams across APAC to align on goals and bring innovative ideas to life.
• Create user-first experiences. Design digital journeys, sign-up flows, and UX that blend storytelling, branding and functionality to deliver meaningful user experiences.
• Lead with impact. Directly manage a talented team of designers and video content creators while working closely with content writers and marketing executives to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Champion brand excellence. Oversee a portfolio of products and brands, maintaining a strong, cohesive identity while allowing creativity to shine.
