About You:
• Successfully Implement payroll solution applications using implementation models within pre-determined budgets and timelines, and analysing client business requirements for optimal configuration of systems and databases
• Ensure that customers experience exceptional service levels by proactively reporting on progress and issues, and consulting with other internal departments to solve problems and provide seamless support
• Delivery of high quality ongoing onsite and remote consulting services in line with Access best practice standards that meet client requirements and support ongoing client relationships within advised timeline
• Review and follow up allocated Customer Success & Support leads to ensure client receives resolution within required timeframes and maximise revenue opportunities, 
• Achievement of individual utilisation and team consulting targets.
• Maintain regular client communication and support customer success strategies 
• Achieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledge and legislative changes 
• Active promotion of the services and software solutions offered by The Access Group

• Other duties as required from time to time.


Skills and Experience: 
• Results oriented, deadline driven and highly organised. 
• Experience working with Payroll, Awards, Agreements and Fair work Payroll Standards
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their requirements. 
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure and at various levels. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Software Implementation and Consulting Experience
• A willingness to learn new tasks and be flexible
• Initiative-taking and driven to succeed 
• Payroll or related Qualification
Experience with Definitiv/Micropay/ESS Payroll Solution’s
