About you:
As an Onboarding Consultant at Access, you will help new customers quickly realize the value of our solutions and integrate them into their daily operations. Your focus will be on reducing their "Time to Value" (TTV) by guiding them through the adoption process and ensuring key milestones like product adoption and license deployment are achieved. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their business processes and demonstrate both Unleashed and our managed integrations, ensuring they get up and running smoothly and efficiently.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Customer Onboarding & Implementation: Lead customer onboarding activities and ensure smooth product implementation by leveraging your deep Unleashed product knowledge and understanding of business processes. Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the process.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the onboarding approach and processes, ensuring best practices in software implementation and onboarding are consistently followed to optimize customer success.
• Customer Consulting & Training: Conduct remote consulting, onboarding, and training sessions to ensure customers are using Unleashed according to industry best practices, providing valuable insights to support business growth.
• Product Knowledge & Business Understanding: Demonstrate strong product knowledge and an understanding of customer business processes, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Stay up to date with new feature releases and help train the team on these updates.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in consulting, onboarding, account management, or any customer-facing role.
• Customer-Focused Success: Proven track record in a product, sales, or support role, with a focus on customer satisfaction, product excellence, and quality interactions.
• Strong Communication Skills: Experience communicating effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage a portfolio of customers efficiently.
