We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About You: You’ll have a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with previous experience in a consultancy or implementation role. You’ll possess excellent customer centric skills, along with confident troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving experience. You will be a highly motivated team player with experience in implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. This Consultant role is a multi-functional position and so there will be cross training opportunities for you in COINS Procurement and Payroll functions. (COINS is a member of the Access Group) Day-to-day, you will be focused on:  •  Delivering projects following the Access Implementation Methodology, training will be provided, either on site or remotely, implementing Access COINS Software for new and existing clients. • Proactively managing your elements of client implementations to ensure that they operate within time and budget - monitor your diary to ensure that all assignments are accurate and up to date. • Communicating with Project Managers and clients appropriately to manage expectations and ensure a successful implementation. • Delivering Client workshops, software walkthroughs and training on various COINS functionalities covering Contract Management, Subcontract Ledger, Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) and Construction Project Management. Your skills and experiences might also include:  •  Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. • Consulting in other disciplines, like Finance. You would be welcome to apply. • Experience in the construction sector will be an added advantage. • An ability to operate in the framework of autonomous working whilst demonstrating great time management and the ability to prioritise. • Good presentation design and delivery skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. • A meticulous and persistent approach to problem solving, with the ability to use diplomacy to manage any project issues effectively What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
