Apply to find out more. About You: The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality consulting services that meet client requirements and support effective ongoing client relationships. Furthermore, this role is also designed to maintain effective communications with clients and maximise revenue opportunities. You are an experienced software consultant and/or practitioner in Recruitment and excellent communicator. You are passionate about delivering high quality projects. You understand how to deliver solutions to our customers. You take pride in your work and enjoy working as part of team of a Professional Services team delivering quality software that will make a difference to our customers. Day-to-day, you will: • Be a product expert on Access Recruitment CRM software solution and considered highly knowledgeable on Recruitment industry domain & understand customer business objectives and how Access software can help achieve them. • Be responsible for implementing software solutions in a controlled and repeatable manner, following an existing process or creating a new process where required. • Take ownership of your schedule, focussing on maximising your customer utilisation and keep Access systems up to date, ensuring all project administration is completed weekly & co-ordinate activities with team members and customers on small & medium scale projects and work alongside Project Managers on larger projects. • Support the wider Recruitment team to ensure there is cross learning on best practice & troubleshooting implementation issues to ensure a smooth transition from the build phase to everyday usage. Skills and Experience: • A motivated self-starter, who consistently demonstrates a high level of operational excellence. • A good understanding of recruitment agency processes and practices or experience within the Recruitment Industry. • Good people management skills. • Ability to identify system and process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
