Consultant – ERP (Home Builder)
Remote – UK

About you:
We are looking for a Highly motivated team player to join our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Division, the Consultant will support our customers with the implementation of their ERP software (COINS). Maintaining responsibility for system requirements gathering and mapping business process. Demonstrating meticulous and persistent problem solving skills, delivering value into our customer base. You will have an understanding of Construction, Home Building or other relevant defined business processes. We are looking for a highly motivated team player with the following expertise:
• Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems can be leveraged to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, timekeeping, meeting deadlines, and working effectively.
• A strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. COINS, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) including system configuration, testing, training and deployment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of the implementation and training process.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Deliver client workshops on a variety of COINS ERP modules.
• Conduct software walkthroughs of COINS ERP modules whilst requirement gathering through the introduction & review of COINS Coding.
• Train end-users on software and business processes, delivery of Webinars and Seminars on subject area (internal and external) and collaborating with other technical teams.
• You will be integral in the development of the product area
• Identifying opportunities for software enhancements.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Good technical skills in understanding Database Tables and Fields.
• Meticulous and persistent in problem solving, with the ability to use diplomacy to manage any project issues effectively
• Data File management and configuration for loading data and experience in building DataMart and Datasets definition
• Strong skills in creating detailed documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system specifications.
• A full UK Driving Licence as you may travel to clients from time to time.
