About you:

Enable colleagues across the business on best practices for Technology & Data within the Customer Platforms technology stack. The Colleague Enablement Manager will work as part of the team dedicated to designing and implementing a scalable enablement framework to ensure end business users adopt technologies in a consistent manner across the business to help them achieve personal and company wide goals. The Manager will work cross-functionally with leaders, technology owners & subject matter experts to plan, design & maintain reliable, accurate and up-to-the-minute training material to serve the needs of the business and maximize sales revenue.

In Romania we are proud to have more than 600 tech and software business specialist working in Timisoara and around the country and we are not stopping here.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Reduce time to ramp for new hires and transfers through M&A on technology & key data processes
  • Enable existing colleagues on existing and new technology & data processes
  • Generate new LMS content to support instructor lead training online and in-person
  • Provide insights into the usage and ROI of technology & data in the martech stack
  • Reduce or maintain our systems related CAC in line with company targets

 

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Colleague enablement framework for technology & data quality
  • Content for Training, Development and Accreditation through LMS for both new and existing technologies
  • Drive systems adoption and realisation of ROI for technology & data related investments.
