We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you: The ideal candidate will ensure that changes to IT systems, infrastructure, and services are implemented efficiently, minimising disruptions while maximizing benefits. This role requires a strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, stakeholder management, and risk assessment. Day-to-day, you will:  Support the Lead Major Incident & Problem Manager in evolving change management policies. Develop and implement IT change management strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and coordinate IT changes, minimizing risks and disruptions. Manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure ITIL compliance. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and stakeholders for seamless change execution. Maintain accurate change management documentation. Drive process improvements and staff training on change policies. Ensure effective change communication across the business. Maintain a library of Standard Changes and create workflows for various change types. Ensure risk assessments, rollback plans, and approvals are in place. Provide regular reports on change metrics and performance. Your skills and experiences might also include: 3+ years in corporate IT, with 2+ years in Change Management. ITIL Foundation certification required. Experience managing CAB meetings and assessing change risks. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL framework). Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, FreshService. Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, end-user computing, and corporate software (Microsoft 365, etc.). Ability to operate in commercially sensitive environments.
