About you: The role of Business Manager is multifaceted and crucial for the effective operation and strategic direction of the IT&O function. The Business Management function is responsible for overseeing various aspects of a business, ensuring that it runs smoothly and meets its objectives. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with a robust technology and financial management background to support Technology Business Management (TBM) program initiatives and in-system reporting development. You will possess a unique blend of business and technical acumen; a big-picture vision and the drive to realize that vision. This role involves close collaboration with IT and Finance professionals at all levels within the organization. You will have a deep understanding of TBM principles, tools, and methodologies, including their application in driving business value and managing IT costs including their application in driving business value and managing IT costs. Day-to-day, you will: • Participate in design, contributing technical insights and ideas, and help formulate project scope and objectives. • Facilitate configuration and maturity of the TBM model and reporting based on TBM roadmap priorities and accepted customer use cases. • Support in the design, develop and execute the TBM change deliverables including communication strategy, training and establish a TBM champion network. • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities that drive more effective and efficient operations throughout the organization's information systems. • Drive insight gathering and value hunting. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the TBM model and reporting processes. Your skills and experiences might also include: • A degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field is typically required. Advanced qualifications, such as an MBA, may be advantageous. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Technology Business Management experience. • Strong to expert skills in data transformation using MS Excel or Access. • Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. • Proven ability to engage, manage, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions to overcome challenges.
