About you:
You will partner with teams across sales and marketing, to achieve results and drive continuous improvement in performance and process through outbound sales practices. You will need to demonstrate the ability to guide your team as well as be hands on to create and execute prospecting, extract customer needs and help drive opportunities for sales.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Lead and coach your team of Business Development Representatives through mentorship and modeling behaviors to deliver against pipeline targets
• Develop prospecting outbound strategies for our team in the line with the Reps and business needs with our available resources
• Executive strategic plans and initiatives to drive divisional performance improvement
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure group level initiatives are adopted and executed through exceptional stakeholder management
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Previous experience leading target driven teams, preferably within a technical environment
• Experience using Salesforce CRM, Excel and Sales Navigator
• Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices
• Proven track record of exceeding both personal & team quotas
