About you:
As a Business Development Representative for COINS (a member of the Access family) you’ll be focusing on the ERP Construction Market across AU & NZ. Blending your expertise in the building construction industry, along with your sales skills, to help propel the growth of the COINS business within APAC, especially across Australia and New Zealand. In this key BDR role, you’ll be able to leverage your knowledge, grow your current skills and bring a positive attitude to uncover fresh opportunities for the team to pursue.
Day-to-day, you will be focused on:
• Researching and prospecting for new opportunities using phone and email outreach, following up on leads within Salesforce CRM to maximise conversion rates.
• Managing incoming requests via our website, you’ll evaluate opportunities and thus ensure precise qualification and routing.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to develop tailored strategies for penetrating key markets.
• Providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance sales process and optimize lead generation efforts.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ sales or relevant industry experience.
• Success in creating new sales opportunities, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset and a passionate focus on achieving goals.
• An ability to deliver results under pressure, using your strong communication skills in tandem with adeptness at conveying ideas persuasively and building rapport.
• Using your proficiency in Salesforce, or a comparable CRM system, you’ll thrive both independently and as an engaged member within a collaborative team environment.
