About you:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join us in Access Hospitality to work with teams that are building our leading learning platform for the hospitality industry – CPL Learning. You will translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation, playing a key role in driving product quality.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Work closely with the Product Manager to turn high-level feature requests into user stories
• Adapt, refine and prioritise user stories through review with the Product Manager, development leads and project stakeholders
• Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to elicit detailed specifications around feature requests
• Immerse in Agile delivery activities such as sprints, stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• A history working with or within hospitality businesses
• Experience building, managing and maintaining learning and development platforms
• Agile (Scrum, Kanban) expertise in a digital/software product development environment
• Solid ability to define and refine User Stories, grouped into Epics
