About you:
We are seeking a Business Analyst who is driven by a passion for innovation and collaboration. Your commitment to excellence, coupled with your enthusiasm for creating impactful solutions, aligns perfectly with our vision. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited to contribute to meaningful products that enhance people's lives
Day-to-day, you will:
• Create Epics, User Stories and relevant requirement documentation.
• Adapt, refine and prioritise your backlog through review with the Product Manager and Engineering Leads.
• Immerse yourself in Agile delivery activities such as sprints, stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives.
• Communicating requirements to Product Engineering team, eliciting feedback and refining without losing the essence of the core requirement
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience as a Business Analyst working with Agile methodologies
• Experience working in an SaaS product development environment.
• Experience working within Health, Support and Care industry is a bonus.
• Experience working with requirement management and portfolio management tools (e.g Azure DevOps, JIRA/Confluence, Target Process)
