About you:
You are an experienced Business Analyst ideally with a Not for Profit background, who has a passion for product, a well-rounded knowledge of agile developments and an ability to communicate requirements and make decisions. Working with Product Management, you will play a vital role in executing the strategic product roadmap and delivering exciting and engaging solutions for our customers, revolutionizing the way they can engage with their supporters to further their charitable causes.  We're a team that wants the best of both worlds - the pace and challenge of latest technologies, whilst having a real purpose and making a positive difference to peoples’ lives. 
You will have:
• Agile (Scrum, Kanban) experience in a digital/software product development environment 
• Solid ability to identify and refine User Stories that follow INVEST principles
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders and technical teams across the business
• Experience creating documentation to communicate detailed requirements to development teams
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and diagramming tools such as Visio, Gliffy, etc 
• Experience running workshops, facilitation and stakeholder management/communication
• A reasonable level of technical knowledge so you can understand context and challenges of software solutions (components, data flows, integration, etc.) 
• Experience in the Not for Profit/Education industry is highly desirable
• Experience with CRM products would be beneficial

Job Role
• Represent the Product Manager and, with sufficient understanding of the market, also the customer and business to make sound, informed decisions
• Gather requirements from the Product Manager and other Stakeholders and own their conversion into stories and supporting documents
• Make decisions regarding the priority in order to deliver maximum outcome with minimum output
• Clearly identify and describe requirements building a shared understanding of the problem and solution with the development team
• Determine whether a requirements have been satisfactorily delivered.
• Assess and triage reported bugs and support cases and assist with their resolution.
• Work collaboratively with other development teams and stakeholders to ensure that dependencies are managed, and issues and risks are communicated 
• Contribute to product launch and Go to Market collateral
• Develop and maintain a sound understanding of customers’ business processes and requirements, becoming an expert in these areas
