We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As a Billing Specialist for the Access Group's Ireland operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. You will be responsible for managing the customer ledger, invoicing clients, and resolving billing-related inquiries. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you will:  • Prepare and send accurate invoices, verify billing data, resolve discrepancies, monitor cycles, and use Excel for bulk billing. • Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, update records, and manage overdue payments proactively. • Address billing inquiries, collaborate with customer service to resolve disputes, and maintain professionalism. • Generate and analyse billing reports, reconcile receipts, enhance processes for efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.  Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, and understanding of accounting principles and billing procedures. • Familiarity with financial software, billing systems, and strong Microsoft Excel skills. • Attention to detail, accuracy, excellent communication, and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently or collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
