About you:
Dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional with expertise in finance system management and sales agreement administration seeking temporary staff position to contribute skills and knowledge to a dynamic finance team. Reporting directly to the portfolio Billing Manager in APAC, this role is responsible for reviewing and updating all customer’s contract billing data per signed contract.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Managed finance system operations, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
• Assisted in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Supported sales team in drafting and reviewing sales agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Experienced in Order to Cash process, including invoicing, credit management, and collections
• Provided training and support to colleagues on Order to Cash procedures and finance system usage
• Conducted regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Proficient in finance systems including CRMs
• Strong understanding of sales agreement processes and terminology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
