We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  We’re looking for a dynamic, tenacious individual with exceptional people skills to join our team as an Audit & Risk Manager. You'll work with our Head of Quality, Risk, and Compliance to drive engagement and continuous improvement across our organization. Your efforts will not only help enhance our business processes, but your work will ultimately contribute to better health and social care systems, benefiting both system users and patients. Day-to-day, you will:  • Advise and engage the HSC leadership team and Access Board members on audit activities across the Group Divisions and Functions. • Design, own, and drive an audit program tailored to the needs of the Access HSC division, prioritizing process risk. • Manage the relationship with the Management System Certification supplier, plan and oversee external audits, and support the Head of QRC during these activities. • Develop and implement a process improvement program based on audit results, ensuring effective management of non-conformances.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Proven experience as an Audit/Risk Manager, ideally with knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems and other international standards like ISO27001, ISO20000, and ISO22301. • Ability to schedule and conduct audits across a multi-framework Business Management System and diverse teams. • Experience creating and implementing risk management frameworks across multiple Business Management Systems. • Background in high-risk environments, such as healthcare or clinical industries, is preferred but not essential.
