About you:  We are seeking an Associate IT Business Analyst to join our team. This role will support IT projects by gathering business requirements, analyzing them, and assisting in the implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. Day-to-day, you will:  - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage expectations. - Work with IT teams to ensure business alignment, prepare detailed tickets, and facilitate Grooming & Sprint Planning meetings. - Create BRDs, PRDs, user guides, and release notes while maintaining project timelines and milestones. - Support UAT, post-implementation reviews, and research industry trends while engaging with Sales and Support to understand user needs. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 1–3 years in IT business analysis, product management, or a startup environment. - Excellent English skills; sharing past work (articles, project documents, presentations) is a plus. - Ability to work with teams across Turkey, the UK, and Vietnam; strong analytical and organizational skills. - Agile familiarity preferred; experience with RPA/CRM systems is a big plus.
