We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About you: As the Business Partner for Customer Platforms, you’ll bring experience working in a B2B or B2C environment. You will be working with senior business stakeholders to define the Access Marketing, Sales and Service goals, vision and roadmap. Working closely with the global delivery team, you’ll ensure that technological solutions, adding immediate value, are delivered. You’ll be the main point of contact for your business stakeholders and be acknowledged as a trusted advisor and SME. Day-to-day, you will be focused on:  • Driving the adoption & optimisation of technology supporting the customer lifecycle, identifying problem areas with options to resolve, along with areas for operational and process improvement, providing insight and recommendations to improve efficiency and have a positive impact. • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects in parallel, whilst evaluating emerging technologies to enhance performance and align with broader organizational goals. • Monitor deliverables against clear measurements, leading the BA & Enablement team to ensure understanding of requirements and delivery of comms and enablement of features. • Execution of excellent communication to a broad range of stakeholders in a variety of formats, knowing when to act swiftly on any key issues that require escalation and/or support from leadership. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • 5+ years of experience, working with senior stakeholders in a senior BA, project management or similar role. • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and how they deliver value – understanding issues and challenges of the business, along with strategy and goals. • Experience working on projects involving broad-based business change, working in a global team across multiple time zones. • Ability to support roadmap creation and management and solid communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
