These may include, but are not limited to: To ensure perform various analysis such direct debits/ customer segmentation / ODR report preparation weekly To provide professional and qualitative reports & presentation in line with set Access Group standards To involve in customer KPI reporting / Monthly target setting & any ad hoc reports in accordance to Access Group Standards To actively to explore on continuous improvement for the credit control team To ensure cross-function liaison within credit controller team & other related internal stakeholders To ensure the documentation of process for credit control team and perform the bi yearly review of these docs To ensure presentation and ad hoc reporting delivered timely as per request Have high level communication with internal stakeholders and able to explain the presentation & perform root cause analysis on cases Able to build the dashboard together with the IT team for the credit team Your skills and experiences might also include:  Degree holder or equivalent 7-8 years working experience in analysis and reporting role preferably in Shared Services environment. Excellent Finance accounting ERP knowledge coupled with Dashboard building knowledge Good communication and conversational skills, in both oral and written English and any other local language. Able to prepare for presentation and handle key audience queries during meetings and collaboration A team player. Service-oriented. Strong analytical skills.
