About you:
You’ll be a dynamic and experienced Account Manager, looking to use your skills and knowledge and continue to build on your professional development. You’ll also be responsible for finding new business, whilst maintaining existing client relationships. In this hybrid role, you’ll be working for at least 3 days in our Chatswood office, where you’ll be able to get to know and work closely with your own team and the wider Access work community.
Day-to-day, you will:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts and conduct regular business reviews and strategic meetings to review performance and monitor account health
Understand client needs and objectives; proactively determine solutions to address them – identify opportunities, discuss challenges and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and prevent churn
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Support) to ensure client needs are met effectively
Achieve sales targets and growth objectives through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports as needed – ensuring you stay updated on industry trends and best practices – and so provide strategic guidance to clients
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales/customer service role within the IT or SaaS industry
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while paying attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment – persuasive and compelling expressing ideas and concepts
