We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As part of the Learning team you will be working with customers who have one, or more Access Learning solutions – that may be our LMS, Career Development or Content solutions. Your role will be to engage and work with customers to understand their learning objectives and how these fit in with their wider business goals. You may be the main AM on the account or you may be part of a wider team working key strategic accounts. Day-to-day, you will:  • Develop effective relationships with key account personnel in the account to maximise upsell and cross sell business sales opportunities • Have a sound knowledge of our Learning Products & Services, to be able to discuss and demonstrate the value proposition for our offering and how it aligns to the needs of the customer • Hit and exceed pre-determined sales targets, in line with company growth targets • Develop and implement a contact strategy – quarterly review meetings for example • Host meetings at all levels with clients Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Previous experience in a sales role • Learning Sector specific sales experience • Ability to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated • Able to prioritise a demanding workload • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
