As an Account Manager for Unleashed, a member of the Access group, you’ll play a crucial role in the overall success of the team, supporting our existing customer base and contributing to our revenue growth objectives.
Ideally this role will be based in Auckland, New Zealand, but we will also consider candidates in Sydney or Melbourne.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Proactively engage with customers, understand their challenges or barriers to growth, identify opportunities to deliver solutions to drive their businesses forward.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on great customer service.
• Work to develop a sound knowledge of the full range of our Products & Services with an ability to carry out online meetings and product demonstrations with customers.
• Work towards individual KPI’s and targets to support your own and the wider sales team goals, developing and maintaining your own sales pipeline.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Previous experience in a B2B sales or account management environment, ideally with knowledge of or an interest in SaaS or business software solutions.
• A natural ability to be a team player who wants to work with a likeminded team.
• Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
• Resilience, self-motivation and drive, demonstrating enthusiasm and professionalism.
