About you, you will be someone who can: Achieve a sales target for annual software subscriptions and annual bureau processing alongside annual consultancy targets & build good relationships with your customer base and nurture every opportunity. Respond to enquiries quickly and efficiently and provide feedback to cultivate the rest of the team & host meetings at all levels with customers, including C-suite. Be responsible for developing customer relationships and manage and own the sales process with the support of presales & consultancy team. Have close connections with the Customer Success and Renewals teams where you will need to collaborate agreeing renewal strategies and customer engagement styles. Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team. Provide the highest level of customer service and technical expertise to customers at all times. Your skills and experiences might also include: Previous experience in a B2B sales role or target driven account management role. Able to work on own initiative. Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written & excellent time management skills. Develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and customers. Demonstrate a positive approach. What are we all about?
