We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     Day-to-day, you will:  • Achieve sales targets for software licenses, maintenance, bureau processing, and consultancy. • Develop demonstration skills and know when to seek assistance. • Maintain a strong understanding of Access IP and relevant third-party products. • Respond to inquiries quickly, providing feedback to improve team performance. • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, ensuring smooth project handovers. • Provide top-level customer service and technical expertise, attend exhibitions, and support other sales activities.  Your skills and experiences might also include:   • You have previous experience in B2B field sales and account management roles in the UK, specifically selling SaaS solutions. • Experience at working in a large or multi-national IT/Technology company in a range of roles & locations • Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team • Self-motivated with Excellent time management skills with strong ability to prioritise • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, written and presentations • Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation • Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients. • Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself & the team • Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty. • Excellent technology skills specifically with Microsoft Office; Salesforce; Social Selling; Market mapping What does Access offer you?
