Stored records are processed by us to find the best candidates for any vacancy by checking attributes of the candidate against the requirements of the job. The lawful basis for processing your data is “Contractual

Where employment is offered, on-boarding will take place through our xxxxx System where the data is stored in New Zealand. A country that has been as having adequate controls by the information Commissioners office
Privacy notices related to processing for employees will be provided on engagement.
Storage, Retention & Disposal
Applicant information is stored within the Recruitment software AWS Dublin. It is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We will store unsuccessful candidate data for 1 year in the event that there is another role you wish to apply for – you are able to ask us to delete your information at any time
