Software Support

​After graduating University I was still unsure on what I wanted to do, Access has really helped with both personal growth and professional development. Working in Support has been one of the best decisions I have made! The access culture provides such a friendly, supportive and engaging environment.

As a company, there’s a lot of growth and many challenges. The expectation is high, but you always know that you are being looked after. The recognition events are huge. One of the perks of working at Access is the all inclusive holiday paid for by the company!

Before working for Access I wasn't sure where I wanted to go or what I wanted to do with my life. Joining the Software Support team has been the best decision I made for my career.

It doesn't feel like I am in a boring 9-5 job, I'm progressing my knowledge in the software and get involved in interesting projects. I highly recommend working at Access to anyone!

​Access offers a board mentorship program which I was part of last year. The advice and guidance from my mentor has been so valuable and we are still in contact. Being given access to someone at that level has helped me to step up.

The Leadership academies have also been a really valuable source of learning. Taking groups of us out of our day jobs to immerse ourselves in the content, shows real investment in staff.
