I’ve only been with Access for a few months, but it has been an absolute joy to be a part of a fantastic team that’s passionate about continuous improvement and development. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with so far have been so supportive and can’t do enough to help me succeed in my role. I’m already getting involved in some exciting projects to help the function grow, alongside connecting with people across other departments in Access. The one thing I hoped before joining Access was to actually look forward/excited to work every day, and I can honestly say Access has exceeded my expectations in doing so!

Working at Access is like working with family! The constant support, encouragement and warmth fosters both professional and personal growth. The employee and customer journey is at the forefront of every Access decision and I couldn’t be prouder to represent a business that cares about its people!

 I joined Access 6 months ago as a Programme Manager within the Strategic Projects team. I’d had my eye on Access for some time, having heard fantastic things in the market about the culture and life here as an Access employee, and I’m pleased to say it hasn’t disappointed.

It’s true what everyone says, the people are amazing, we work on some fantastic projects and with brilliant customers, and we are positively challenged every day - I always feel like I’m learning something new and developing my skills. Couple this with brilliant and supportive leaders within the business, it’s very easy to love life at Access.

Coming from a consultancy background, I joined Access hoping to push my skills to the next level. It was a really good decision, because at Access I’ve found the most positive, welcoming and supportive team I’ve ever worked in! Everyone is equally able to pitch in with suggestions, feedback or ideas on any project or topic, and know that their contribution is highly valued. I also love the fact that delivering a experience great customer is at the heart of what we do, and as consultants this desire to give the customer the best possible service drives us forwards every day.

Although we work hard, we also have a lot of fun and always feel supported. Whenever I’m struggling with a new challenge, my manager and colleagues are available to lend me a hand, give me great advice and teach me some new tricks. This is really a fantastic place to develop your career!
